To optimize communication with the client and keep the satisfaction rate up, we organize weekly one hour meetings. The weekly meetings must be planned on the same day and time every week to keep things simple and straightforward.

A re-scheduling can always happen, either from the client or us, but it is important to have the schedule set. By doing so, the client knows what to expect.

The weekly meetings should be scheduled as soon as the project scope is accepted.

The first few meetings will be short, as there will be little material to review (UX flow will be in progress at this point). However, it is important that the client has regular contact with our team, even if only minor things can be discussed and reviewed.
